Got this mail earlier today. Please I need pointers.
"We are pleased to inform you that you have been short-listed for the Entry Level Training Program. It is a 5 Stage process.

You are hereby scheduled for an aptitude test on:

Date: 13th June, 2017
Time: 08:00AM - 12NOON
Venue: Access Bank - PLOT 9, EBEANO HOUSING ESTATE, GARDEN AVENUE, ABAKALIKI RD, ENUGU, ENUGU STATE."

Does only the test hold in one day and other processes at a later stage? As this would inform my dress pattern.

Pls anyone in abuja center who wrote test yesterday and got an invite for interview today? I wasnt prepared for an early interview invite and I dont stay close...hence I had to stay in abuja after d test and all I have is a shirt and tie, and no suit. Anyone wit me can help with a suit blazer at d venue please, mine is at 4pm. Tnx

Sometimes, a panel interview could be done for those who finished early with their test. At other times, the panel interview could be scheduled for the next day or a later day based on the number of successful candidates.

It's best you dress corporate. Or you could go without a suit and borrow if there's a panel interview on that same day.

Please those that have written the test what essay questions was asked, is the essay hand written? Aside the verbal, numerical and essay part is there personality test or just 3 sessions of the test I mentioned earlier

we typed the essay in a tab, sample essay questions like "why do you want to be an access person", "describe yourself", something about experiences, and after that there was a psychometric test.

Were u interviewed in ph? Why did u say that..who told u they enjoyed..or u tot they went and were asked there names and location. I spent 20mins with the panel where sorts of questions were thrown at me @ ph...get that
