I think it's going to be physical interview @head office
I just hope they don't include the 2million naira target at part of the final interview

Doubt there would be anything related to targets until one passes out of the training school successfully.

If you read the previous threads, you'll see that for final assessment, you'll have to either open 10 accounts for a total of 2 million or 1 account of 5 million. And the timeline is a week to 2 weeks.
