Section 140 (1) of the Constitution of the FRN (1999) provides that "A person elected to the office of President shall not begin to perform the functions of that office until he has declared his assets and liabilities as prescribed in this constitution... " Now Mr ask yourself if it is possible that Jonathan can begin to perform the functions of President if he didn't declare his assets and liabilities. If you go to the Code of Conduct Bureau and don't find his assets and liabilities declaration then feel free to take him to court, people like me will lend support. 1 Like |
