Today I will be showing you how to create a simple
PHP/MySQL search for your website. Recently I
was working on a project I have to include a within
search feature. The search engine is just to search
the website database. So I decided to make a
tutorial of it for you guys.
This is going to be a very short, in fact its going to
be the shortest tutorial have ever done my lovely
readers will notice this but its concise. So let’s
begin.
Am assuming you already have a database that
contains data you want to be searched. In this
tutorial, we are going to create a search engine for
the a users table which will display a search of
users in the database.
First, the search form. Copy and paste the code
below in a new file and save as index.php.
