Yes.There is not wrong buying Uk used phones especially if your budget isn't enough to go for brand new ones]

you can buy it and use. HOWEVER, just note that som eof those phones may be locked onto a particular netwok so if you happen to buy any of them, you'll need to come to us to help you unlock them. And... some UK unlock codes could be relatively pricey.... So, note this very fact. Best deal is: insert a naija sim card to confirm that the phone is not locked; thereafter you can start the negotiations.
