I guess the senate should rather approve $10b for the shoeless man to fight insurgency. One day we will get the needed senses to vote the right people to power.

This 10 Things You Never Knew About Female Dj Frizzie + Eloy Awards Nomination

She is one of Nigeria’s fastest rising female turntablist who is steadily carving a strong niche for herself in male dominated field with every step she takes in her career. Obviously for those who have been hearing the buzz about her, there are certain things you’d like to know about her. See the 10 things you never knew about DJ Frizzie below.

1. Her full name is Frances Tamunonengiyeofori Higgwe and she's from Kalabari in Rivers State, Nigeria.

2. She is a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt where she studied Environmental Engineering. And is currently undergoing her masters, Msc. Water & Environmental Management in the UK.

3. Dj Frizzie has just recently been nominated for one of the categories of the ELOY (EXQUISITE LADIES OF THE YEAR) Awards 2014.

4. Her spinning skills and knack for excellence has seen her been featured on MTVBASE Official Club Chart occasionally, and become Mr.2Kay’s official DJ, plus VJ for newest television station in the country, Cool Tv.

5. DJ Frizzie is so in touch with her roots and environment around her that she sets aside time for some charity work and was involved in ‘THE RELIEF ARK ON THE #REACHKIDS PROJECT’ for an orphanage home in Port Harcourt and also worked with ‘IYANYA FOUNDATION IN COLLABORATION WITH CHARITY LOUNGE FOR THE #THENATURALCHILD EDITION FOR DOWN SYNDROME CHILDREN’.

6. One could possibly not guess this but the Port Harcourt artiste, Frank
D'Nero (Cure my craze Crooner) is her half-brother. She's the First Child and the Only Daughter of her mum, also got an architect for a junior brother.

7. She would be releasing her first music collaboration in the month of November 2014, in which she features Tha Suspect and Mr 2kay.
It would soon be available on iTunes, google play, amazon mp3, spotify, loudrfm etc. and other online music distribution outlet for PRE-ORDER purposes.

8. As a DJ, one would think, its always party, party, party. But on the contrary, frizzie loves her sleep and some "Me" time. Her Idea of a quiet
time is She, her PC, some food (by the way, she loves food) and some good piece of movie.

9. She's very much single and ready to mingle I guess. So guys you still got a shot here...

10. Female Dj Frizzie had always wanted to be a pop artiste and was just going by the name Frizzie at that time. She did release 2 tracks in the past (My Heart & Don't Holla at me boy, a remix to WIZKID holla at me) before she decided to channel her energy and chase a career in Deejaying although she hasn’t given up on music scene just yet. Don't Forget to VOTE FOR DJ FRIZZIE AS FEMALE DJ OF THE YEAR

A NATION FULL OF CONTRAST AND CONTRADICTION...ALL HAPPENED SAME WEEK...DONT YOU THINK THIS MARRIAGE IS A SHAM
A bomb went off at the Gombe Line motor park in Gombe state around 9am this morning which has resulted in the death of at least 30 people. Eye witnesses say the bomb was planted by a man who came and dropped his bag in a Kano line bus and left. NEMA officials are said to be at the scene right now removing the dead bodies and taking the injured to the Gombe State Specialist Hospital. Hoping to get more info from the blast later.

NOW COMPARE THIS WITH THE FORMER
Five final year students of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, have designed and fabricated a formula student race car as a passing out project. Yep, they did.The students are Okoyenta Augustus, Okeke Chukwuebuka, Ezeani Chikeluba, Ofoegbu Kenechukwu, and Igbokwe Ebenezer.

The car was designed under the supervision of Dr. S C Nwigbo. The project took about a year and six months to complete, with the students working under severe condition in regards to power supply, poor machinery and attending lectures. But they never backed down, and have achieve this incredible feat.
Here are photos of the car's exhibition in the presence of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ahaneku and other dignitaries from the school.
WHAT IS YOUR CONCLUSION OF THE ABOVE SCENARIO OR PICTURE PAINTED

^^^What i conclude is that we should have been two different countries!

While you can say oil has made us lazy in this country, you can also say Nigeria as a whole has made the north lazy! The north are used to sitting down and doing next to nothing to further their economic interests and provide a promising future for their children; they have grown used to not bothering about competing to outdo the christian south because they know 'work hard or no work hard' their children are guaranteed a place at the national table thanks to quota-system and federal character! They also know there's a cheque with their name on it waiting for them in Abuja every month so why bother!?

In fairness to them though, most of their current leaders are starting to realise things just cannot continue like this, and they're now applying more of the states resources to development and cater to the needs of their people more than at any time in the past!

We in the south are just marginally better off than the north so no southerner should gloat! What has given us the edge (apart from the fact that oyel is located in the south) is our culture of republicanism and independence; coupled with the fact that since the late 60s many ethnicities in the south have been marginalised and oppressed by the visionless northern muslim elite, and hence have learnt how to survive against the odds with little or nothing from the centre; they have developed a combative/competitive spirit that one finds is lacking in the north because their ruling elite cared little for empowering their populace with skills and education since they saw the status-quo as divinely ordained and the way things ought to be! A northern talakawa believes he retains a place in the scheme of things that prevents him from aspiring to the very top, and he sees his Emir as a demigod; whereas the average southerner can tell his Oba or Obi to eff-off if they believe they in the right (a case in point being a few months back in a Yoruba village, when some youths carry cutlass pursue their Oba comot from him palace.....basically telling him to eff-off and don't bother coming back)! The average southerner also believes the sky is his limit if he works hard and puts in his best in any chosen vocation....be it education, a white-collar job or business!

Boko haram will not stop until Jonathan gets his second term. The plan is to depopulate the North before the election and create panic in the heart of the people so that they will not go out to vote for APC. In 2015, curfew will be declared in the North East leaving fewer states left to vote so that PDP can easily hold on to power. There was no cease fire anywhere. US withdrew because they got wind of Boko Haram members working for our government. Our Government is not sincere about Boko haram. Azazi spoke the truth and was killed. Modu Sheriff is really helping them to gather and settle the boys. Asari Dokubo is going about shopping for arms and big pastors are paid to keep their congregation quiet and make it appear it is a Christian-Muslim rift. Buhari's strict nature was a better excuse for them to paint him black to cover their wickedness. Amnest was not just given to Niger delta militants for nothing.

Let them stop fooling you. PDP is ready to hold on to power by all means even if it will take them to wipe out anyone that stands in their way. Jonathan's hands are not clean.

Abacha's days will be child's play from 2015. It will be too late for the e-supporters of Jonathan because it will be too to late to type had I known then.

Islam is never about peace and so let's not be so surprised. However, it appears the north doesn't want this entity called Nigeria that is why they kill people with impunity not minding what the consequence might be.
The north feels that they must rule by force, like they've always thought they were born to rule Nigeria. Time shall tell. It is part of the message preached in the north.

Looks like Boko's media-wing are back online Niraland trying to exploit what they perceive as Nigeria's fault lines.

Imponderables:

If Nigeria military is hesitant to go all out to defeat Bokoharam because of fear of Bokoharam killing the 200 girls, why would Bokoharam free the girls ?

Does Nigeria have a deadline/limit beyond which when crossed Nigeria decides, that 's it, Chibok girls or not, we're going to prosecute the war against Bokoharam to it conclusion. Bare in mind, i first heard the word Diminishing Returns at school in Nigeria.

When will the return on the girls be too diminished to carry on like this?

Na today? 2015 election will soon be completed and Nigeria turns a new page with GEJ till 2019.
Northern Elders can kill everybody in the North and let Nigerians see the monsters that are left in the North.
The really shameful and outright psychopathic thing, is that they think bomb and killing people will affect GEJ popularity.
Mate u are wrong becos GEJ is even more popular and people will trust him over Allah ackbar murderers.
GEJ TILL 2019

Here are two conspiracy theorists with improbable theories.

The real cause of Boko Haram is the average Nigerian's idea that the world owes him or her a living.

Nigerians will not go out and work for their development, personal or otherwise. Instead they wait in line to collect their share of the oil money.

If we had developed a strong industrial economy like Japan and China....instead of this oil economy where our love for imports means stfled industries and less jobs....there would have been no Boko Haram.

In my opinion, Nigerians need to face facts. We have a youth crisis in this country. And until we start adressing it by becoming an industrial society and ending our dutch diseased driven mentality of looking for oil money...we will get no where.

No wonder we have a country full of Boko Haram (not just the Islamic fundamentalist one....even the Christian, muslim, pagan ones)...when we cannot use book to solve problems...rather we just chop oil money and waste it.

Oil is a curse.

Before we Christians look at the specks in our Muslim brother's eye...we better consider the log in our eyes. (and me thinks that they are many).

If Nigeria can pay for the building of border protection even ones at least capable of obstructing the movement of man and equipment long enough for security to know about it,Nigeria will have gone a long way towards defeating this terrorism and future anarchy. The borders will help the Nigerian authority, whether the terrorism is internal or externally motivated and funded - ya lock 'em in, or lock 'em out... or both.

Where did it happen? In the North Core north? May God forgive and save Arewa and may the soul of the departed rest in peace.

But my question is: when will Arewa realize that 'RIP' is what most Nigerians owe them? How long will it take them to realize the violent culture pervading their land is doing them no good?

The other I was reading travelers' guide and came across a list of 11 most dangerous places on earth to avoid - I guess by now you know Nigeria made the list so no need to continue.

However, its pertinent to state for the sake of emphasis that the image of Nigeria shown on that list was the infamous 2011 post election riot and massacre of NYSC southerners. If you've seen a photo showing mean-looking and unruly boys with machetes and sticks in a smoking and fiery background in the north then you've seen the travelers' guide depiction of your 'great' country. Except Nigeria, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria, the rest of enlisted blacklisted countries are just nations where citizens are battling govt police and whatnot.

But then again, if one takes a hard look at the similarity between Nigeria and Afghanistan, Nigeria and Iraq, Nigeria and Syria, one needs no further explanation to figure out the type of implacable monster we're lullabying. Wahabi Islamic cultural infiltration in Nigeria through Hausa-Fulani's love for anything Arabia is here to change Nigeria's landscape for good. We can listen to their fairy tale of 'religion of peace' or we can scan through their trail of blood and cut them loose before its too late.
