You are relying on the pieces of information you got from your wife to get a visa to Poland.And will not want to go into argument with you nor give you further information that may cushion your situation.Poland immigration regulations is not a piece of cake and hope your wife will guide you further to avoid possible pitfalls.

@Davedavy,
There are places within Europe with relaxed marriage rules/requirements that will enable you get married with your polish G/F and get a residence permit under the EU free movement regulation 2004 free of charge without the walls of Jericho SEGAN went through.

You are only rambling round your retarded insinuations.What has your relocation to America or your summer visit to the UK got to do with the issue at hand.Be aware this travel section is not where people come to drop your gargabe and expect a hand of appluase.We have over grown such levels and i hope your wife will be able to manage you further in your quests.
If i may remind your from your previous post,though will not hold it to you  because that is what your wife told you(i doubt if she said so in the first case),that your wife secure a temporary resident permit for you there in Poland before you secure a visa from Nigeria to come to Poland.Unfortunately,although your wife is carrying you around like a baggage,you cannot actually report the steps of the route of your residence permit.
I must not forget to ask you this simple question:Why are you living in Germany when your wife is living and having her luxury business in poland ?

I talked to a Tanzanian who spent another two years in Poland after his student visa ran out. He said they had a work visa and to get it the employer must prove to the authorities that they can't find a Polish citizen with the right qualifications. During studies he befriended someone who had a business and they made up a story that the business owner wanted to import handcrafted stuff from the region the Tanzanian was from, and that they need someone who speaks the right language to negotiate with the producers (don't remember which language, but they have lots of them in Tanzania - I guess finding someone who speaks even Swahili in Poland would be next to impossible, so the authorities believed that the company couldn't find a Polish person). He was employed, signed the payslips but this money was not really paid, the business owner had more business costs and paid less taxes, the Tanzanian was happy with it even paying the small tax from his fake income because it allowed him to stay in Poland with his girlfriend while he processed his visa application to a better country.

I heard this story at a party and it was from a few years ago, so it may not be accurate or things may have changed, but you could find out more about this option from somebody who is more informed. It could be an alternative option if the one you think about would be too hard or impossible for some reason.

Zip it up right there angry Brownbonno is not an illegal immigrant angry angry angry All of Brownbonno's posts are geared at people he's helped in the travel section in one way or the other, except the ones he responded to whilst I was chasing him for child support money he owes me grin

Brownbonno is one of the experts in Nairaland's travel section, and a humble one at that too. The travel experts do not charge people for the advice they give, they do it out of the goodness of their heart.

Trust me, if he was an illegal immigrant, I would have had his arse deported back to Naija cos of all the money he owes me, oh the joy cheesy cheesy cheesy

Noublethe OP, came to Nairaland after being advised by 8 different lawyers whom he had paid, and Brownbonno alongside with Londoncool another resident expert on Nairaland, freely advised him to follow the COA route, but he obviously didn't, now he's back running around like a headless chicken, and when he was asked why he ignored the advise originally proffered, he rudely retorted with an ungrateful disposition that it was his choice . . . angry

Now with haughty attitudes like this, how long will it take before these experts to pack it in and stop offering advise, and for touts to take over the place, its already happened anyway undecided  I kinda blame my big mouth sha, if I had not objected to the vociferous "You have to have 1000 posts before you can post a travel-related query stance", all this arifin ile igbe would not be happening undecided

Busy-body, i followed you out here to see what your other pursuits are other than your once-in -a-while visits to the auto section. Wow shocked shocked shocked this is what you have to deal with? I'm seriously considering going back into my lamp or I might be tempted to join you in your forays on this forum. By the way, our sexist gentlemen in you-know-where haven't yet figured out the genie's sex, let's see how long it takes them. You know, being the male chauvinists that they are, if it's going head to head with them, it's gotta be male.

Ciao
Re: Any Nigerian Living In Poland? by Busybody2(f): 10:40pm On Dec 11, 2008
Hope he doesn't see this. Trust me, he knows you are female, even though he's got nothing up top cheesy hence the reason he is treading carefully with you.

The reason he's addressing you as a male is to throw people off the scent, he thinks and hopes that once he calls you inspired's boy-boy or accuse you of being Romeobest, he will derail your train of thoughts and turn the table on you, and have you writing long posts to defend yourself that you are not Romeobest , in the hope that you will eventually become frustrated and would slink away cheesy

Don't let him get away scot-free, I got your back anytime girl, let them know the genie is here to stay grin grin grin

Re: Any Nigerian Living In Poland? by SweetT1: 5:47pm On Dec 14, 2008
@Poster

Haba, is Nigeria really that bad?? why do you want to go from fry-pan to fire just because the pot is dirty? The polish are very racist, even the ones in USA not to talk of the ones inside Poland. I almost slapped one of them at work one time because of his racist attitude but i found a better way of getting rid of him. I would not go to Poland, Russia,Yugoslavia etc etc and other countries on that side even if they want to pay $500.00/hour. What is the use of money when your life is in danger.

Re: Any Nigerian Living In Poland? by Nobody: 12:23pm On Dec 17, 2008
sure most polish people are racist , they think that every black person in their country are illegal immigrant, my neighbor call the border police /immigration because i guess i live in a better apartment than he is and I am new in my heigborhood and he wonders how come a black man even lives better than him, The border police have to check my documents,my place of
work ,my source of income ,documents of my house and car,search my house from top to bottom, u cant believe this, Most polish people are not receptive and accommodative to foreigners, they even extend this racist traits to Asians too, poland is not a nice place to settle on a final note, hence i shuttle poland and germany ,
