For many, it was a good news as Justice Saliu Saidu of the Federal High Court in Lagos Wednesday slammed a financier of the deadly Islamic sect, Boko Haram, with 10 years’ imprisonment sentence with hard labour. The Boko Haram financier was tried secretly alongside three others before the judge by the Department of State Security (DSS). N*nsense...! 10 years for what, someone finances a terrorist group like BH and just give him 10 years of resting. i pity this country. I've once read an aryicle where someone was sentenced to 25 life imprisonment or even 2000 years in prison. Thats the same kind of sentence we shoukd be hearing. |
