INEC Chairman Attahiru Jega has said it would be difficult for politicians to rig the 2015 election, assuring that in spite of the general insecurity in the North-east, no part of the country would be disenfranchised. Jega, who was in the US to monitor the mid-term elections, said in an exclusive interview with THISDAY that all the good things the commission did in 2011 would be repeated in 2015.
