Following the distribution of the Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) in Lagos, hundreds of residents who were not satisfied with the level of transparency with which the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) distributed the PVCs stormed the Yaba, Lagos Mainland office of INEC on Monday, protesting the shoddiness in the distribution of the PVCs.
