company in Lagos State saddled with the responsibilities of
packaging and re branding of goods and services currently
recruiting into her Human resourcing Department to assist
the HR in the day -day activities needed a young articulate
Nigerian that is focus,passionate,God fearing,sales driven to
occupy the post in the industry. Below are the core
responsibilities........... RESPONSIBILITIES - must have an
effective learning and development management system, and
a man power development system. -direct research into the
latest concepts that can increase HRM operating efficiency. -
monitor payroll administration and authorize all data entry
into the payroll system. -establish employee welfare and
benefits. - provide guidance and counseling on HRM issues.
-conducts audits of various payroll,benefit or other HR
programs and recommends any correctives action. -update
HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and
processes paperwork. - assists with processing pf
termination. -assists with the prearation of the performance
review -assists with recruitment and interview processes. -
performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION
AND SKILLS : - A minimum of OND in any related
discipline - At least 1-3 years experience - must be a
computer literate - must have the ability to work with little or
no supervision. -Managerial skills -Communication skills -
Computer skills -Capital management skill -Quality control
skills. -Interpersonal skills -Planning and organizing skills.
