n Completion of a Masters Degree (MBA preferred)

EXPERIENCE:
n Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, some of which must include management-level functions in recognised organisations.

MISCELLANEOUS:
n Must not be older than 40 years old.
n Must be a high calibre professional with a global outlook.

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
n Professional written and verbal communication skills
n Ability to motivate teams to produce quality output and simultaneously manage several initiatives
n Ability to participate in and lead/facilitate group meetings
n Experience and involvement in developing and managing major brands
n Knowledge of the operations and interrelationships of media agencies and other industry stakeholders

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
n Experience in strategic planning and execution
n Knowledge of contracting and negotiating
n Ability to analyze diverse data sets and develop insights and recommendations for further action
n A good knowledge of accounting, as well as, cash management, project financing and project management
n Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures


Head Marketing
