My guy, the course is a very sweet course with a lot of opportunities. My brother wanted to study pharmacy but opted for industrial chem when the university he got admission into wasn't offering it as at then. He was advised to pick industrial chem cos its close to pharmacy and am sure he is not regretting taking up the advise.

He served with GlaxoSmithKline consumer Nigeria plc in 2010, got retained as a staff in the quality assurance unit and has even been promoted. most pharmaceutical and food manufacturing companies have quality assurance units( they have chemistry and micro biology labs) which is the most important unit in organization, an industrial chemist can work effectively here.

That's my own story, the course bam. Wish u d very best.

Many good opportunities for indus chemistry graduates,I studied ind chem.it is a good course,I lecture chemistry related courses now,

I studied industrial chemistry and I am currently working as a quality control analyst in a food processing company, so my brother dnt be scared.There are lots of job opportunities and prospect for industrial chemist.

It is a nice course bro, but you need to have passion for the course, I studied the course too, working in a manufacturing firm for now to get the experiences needed..I bet you won't regret it
