i plan to set us a magazine publishing company in abuja. i need advice on how to go about it pls, what are the steps, licences to be acquired easiest way to distribute magazines in abuja and lagos, i need people who can print it in both abuja and lagos, its roughly going to be less than an A4 sized paper in black and white with some pages colored, who can design the paper and who much will it cost me. for designing and printing, how much will you advice me to put as a price tag on the magazine for a start

guys pls i have a plan to buy one of these cars. i generally believe bmws dont have problem. ( 3 series) i own one now. to move to 5 series full option v 6 is my plan. what are the things i need to know about this car? is the tip tronic transmission good, or should i go for a manual as usual? what about parts ? how expensive are they? and whats the best deal i can get on this car?
