Hello everyone, I am in need of a house fairly urgently. I need to move houses by Christmas.
I have two options/ cards on the table and the house needs to be around Alausa axis

1. I need a single room self contain (without a parlour). Just a room, kitchen and toilet/ bathroom and my budget is 220k max including agency and legal fees.
