Good day nairalanders,well this is my first post on this site although I have been a guest for a long time now so pardon my grammatical errors and my use of english.well just as the topic states.i lost my job job earlier this year and things became more difficult than they were but as a nigerian guy wey I be I always knew I could look for a way to survive every day atleast untill I get another job. Im a guy that loves to keep small side beards atleast to me it was more like an identity going by my physical body structure.so I applied for a hotel job and was called for and interview but when I got there I was told that the owner of the hotel has no beards and has low haircut so anybody that want to work there must be ready to shave off there beards and maintain a low haircut,I'm wondering is it really fair for this employers to dictate how you look or it's just a normal thing as to most jobs out there,thanks
