fabyom: Oga Icon4s. I do understand your point but I do think Kayode and Olayinka style of play is more suited to African opposition than players like Ejuke, Onachu etc. They are both tall and fast. Roger is just a pensioner not a coach at all. I would not blame Pinnock at all cos he never wanted to renew Rogers contact however it was people like me that put so much pressure on him to offer Tour a new contract. Now we are regretting it. Baba... E be like say you don download like 4 bottles of Goldberg before you type this thing Abeg read wetin you type again |

Truidstar: This is indeed a joke!! Supernerd got only 2 votes This is someone who dedicated his time and effort every weekend to bring us details of every Nigetian player playing in Europe. From the major leagues to the backwater leagues inspite of his demanding schedule. Only 2 votes Seriously some people just like bringing up issues when there's none... we all know thesupernerd is one of our top men here... But how can someone who's not available at the moment take part in a nomination process? we all know if he's been around, he would be one of the top nominees undoubtedly... But baba has been busy and unavailable off late ... so stop bringing up non existent issues |

smartsmith0907: Am sorry I was frustrated today It hurt when you give in a lot and you fail to get the desired result...no one is gonna be happy with that. oga stop working your self up.... even Rohr himself dey one sierra Leone bar now dey drink correct beer You can see his interview after the game, he's quite excited with the draw. He even congratulated the players for keeping a clean sheet and securing a draw away |

1realBobby: Is osimhen playing? No!
Then i can assure you that we will not get up to two goals in that match.... Where will the creativity and the drive come from up front?
Chukwueze thrives better when he plays with a forward he understands and can link up with very well... Onuachu is not that man! and rohr may likely start onuachu.
This time around, the sierra leonians would also make sure they cut out any surprises from iwobi. Any attempt to shoot, they would cut him off!
That game would end in a draw at best! Quote me tomorrow. smarthsmith0907 you can quote me now... I'm sure you didn't reply me earlier because you were waiting to reply after the match if we had scored a lot of goals like you predicted. it's not hate or unpatriotism oga, but sometimes, we should leave sentiments aside and say the truth as it is |

this is what we call 'Home Advantage' ... from the pitch to the officiating, it's meant to work to their advantage..
This is what Nigeria needs to learn. we need just one pitch that our players would be used to and that would not favour their opponents... we need a home slaughter ground |

MetalJigsaw: France is a far better team now. Why are you talking like this.
Are you insinuating that Aribo isn't good enough ni He is good enough... but not physical enough... He dey fear leg.. it's like he is scared of getting injured. we need guys who are willing to risk it all for the gwg at this point |

MetalJigsaw: The problem is the pitch. Not Aribo baba... excuse upon excuses. so na the pitch we go blame today abi? so what you're telling me is that if France plays sierra Leone on that pitch, France won't play at least a convincing win? |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by 1realBobby(m): 6:12pm On Nov 17, 2020 |
fabyom: How can you even run with the ball on a pitch like this? I think this match needs Onachu. Remove Musa put Onachu, substitute Akpos for Awaziem. Tell Aina and Awaziem to Long the ball to Onachu's head. I am sure he will score at least one in five of those balls to his head. You can't expect players like Aina, Iwobi, Aribo, Akpos, Balogun, Ekong to pass around on this type of pitch. Nearly impossible! in as much as I have not been satisfied with onuachu's performance in gwg, I can't agree less with you on this. our guys lack the physicality to push the ball up front effectively... and unfortunately, we lack technically astute guys that can tactically go beyond the Leone stars.. so maybe... longball - onuachu head - Insha Allah ... may work out here |

Philosopher1979: Aribo is good but Rohr does not know how to use him. He is not fully used to African football and plays well in a certain pattern. ROHR SHOULD BE DRIVEN OUT BEFORE HE RUINS US. HE HAS REACHED HIS LIMITS. HIS TACTICAL KNOWLEDGE IS VERY POOR. IT IS NOT ABOUT THE PLAYERS IT IS ABOUT THE COACHING onuachu is good but rohr doesn't know how to use him Aribo is good but rohr doesn't know how to use him.. Abeg e let's cut rohr some slacks... the fact that aribo is not used to aggressive football is no fault of rohr.. if I were him, I would even bench him and put in someone with more physical strength. but unfortunately, we have no replacements |

busky007: Wailing never start. But he is good and tight defensively but lack of good attack from his wing he is also losing the ball way too much. he is playing as if he is scared of making mistakes |
