As in I tried calling LAGOS STATE aggregator for 6weeks it's been out on busy... re they expecting us to come and bribe them ?

Aggregators that are putting their lines on busy, refusing to pick calls. Before you know it they will say they have registered 25000 MSMEs.

The Lagos State aggregator hasn't been picking calls since the programme started.. I have filled form and sent to his email. No response.
