After having completed your building to the German Floor level from part one(If you didn’t see part one click here:http://www.eazyhc.com.ng/blog/do-you-know-you-can-build-your-house-from-a-salary-of-n-40000/) I will be giving you information on how to get the superstructure phase of the project done (i.e. from the German floor to the roof beam).
Just like we stated in part one, all you need is determination and focus, and before you know it will all be done.
From the German floor to the roof level you are going to use 6” (6 inches) blocks; this is just sufficient to withstand the load that will be on the building.
From a carefully calculated estimate, N640,000 (Six Hundred and Forty Thousand Naira) is sufficient to move the above 2 bedroom bungalow from the German floor to the roof beam level in the absence of wastage.
