It has been revealed that an ad-hoc staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) simply identified as Nnamdi has been registering some prospective voters at the resident of a Peoples Democratic Party chieftain at Ebo community in Oredo local government area of Edo State.
The PDP chieftain identified as Austin is the chairman of Ebo Community Development Association.
