this is a COMPLETE SACK OF NONSENSE and whoever believes this is as "dumb" as the poster.
use your brain and try to realise a few facts
1) if you get in contact with HIV infected blood, it will take a minimum of two weeks before you get ANY symptoms. 
At the start of HIV infection, there are two possible outcomes. You can either have a short, flu-like illness that occurs two to six weeks after infection, or a so-called 'dumb' infection with no symptoms at all. SO IF THAT BOY FELT SICK JUST AFTER EATING THE PINEAPPLE THEN HE MUST HAVE BEEN INFECTED WELL BEFORE THAT DAY.

2) The time between being infected with HIV and tests being able to detect it in the blood is called ‘the window period’. An infected person can already pass HIV to someone else during this time even though they would test negative. The window period is between 2 to 12 weeks depending on the type of HIV test used. there are 2types of "common" HIV test, the one that checks for HIV antibodies and the ones that checks for P24 Antigen. When someone is infected with HIV the immune system tries to fight off the infection by producing antibodies to the virus. It can take between 3 to 12 weeks after you have been infected with HIV for enough antibodies to develop to show up on a HIV test. p24 Antigen is the protein part of HIV that is produced in large quantities when you have become infected with HIV. P24 Antigen becomes detectable from 10 to 28 days after infection.

beware there are 2 types of HIV: HIV-1 and HIV-2. HIV2 doesnt produce P24 Antigen, is less easily transmitted, and the period between initial infection and illness is longer.

3) The HIV virus CANT survive in open air for more than 15 minutes- even if the fruit was completely immersed in HIV infected blood and allowed to dry, there is practically 0% chance of the child contracting HIV and/or AIDS, UNLESS that child had a cut in his mouth and he came in contact with the blood stain directly after the guy cut himself, highly improbable.
The HIV virus is VERY fragile, oxygen kills it completely.

4)blood "spreading" into fruits. I WONT EVEN GO THERE.

5)there are many reason why and how that child could have gotten infected: contact with an open wound from another kid at school, Blood transfusion in hospital YEARS BACK(some people can carry the disease without symptoms for up to 7yrs),
