Why Johnathan Shouldn't Be Impeached by Eim9(m): 10:48am On Nov 26, 2014
On Monday,it was heard that the PDP
senators moved for the notion to
impeach president Goodluck Johnathan
on the basis that during his regime, there
has been high level of
impunity,corruption and insecurity. They
got the support of some APC members
during the senetorial meeting at the
Nation Assembly.

My political view on this?

We ought to think twice before, taking
actions. Why would they try to impeach
the president? This is the first time
this is happening. Moving the notion to
impeach a Nigerian president.
My advice would be that they leave GEJ
alone to complete his remaining four
years tenure, for peace to reign in the
country. There should be free and fair
elections.
I would keep saying it,that the earlier
we scrap political parties in
Nigeria,the better for all Nigerians.
Without political parties,we would
have one Nigeria. The fight between
the APC and the PDP is increasing the
rate of impunity and insecurity in
Nigeria.
We Nigerians ought to stand up
against all the politicians and not
support them in their acts. Our voices
must be heard. We need peace and I
don't think impeaching the president
at this time would be a better
approach towards insecurity,but rather
it would be a free ladder for the
heightening of insecurity and
war, among the tribes and religion in
Nigeria.
Let me give you a quintessential of
things that are likely to happen if the
president is impeached.
1. War: Asari Dokubor and his militant
would arise and block the oil supply
and there would be war in Nigeria.
Imagine this boko haram+ Asari
Dokubor's militants,it is going to be
bloody.
2. Economic Meltdown: everything
would be scattered the budget of the
president and when the oil supply is
cut,you know what would happen.
3. Disintegration of Tribes: This would
be more like a calamity,if this occurs.
Foreign investors would find
importation difficult and this would aid
in economic meltdown. Nigeria who
has the best economy in Nigeria might
end up,reducing to the worst economy.
There are many more
disadvantages, but those are the few I
wish to mention. Let us allow the
president to finish his remaining for
years tenure and advice him on how to
curb insurgency,he is making progress
though. It is still turn for the south
south according to the zoning, 2018
should be the turn of the North, and
then there would be no problem. Let us
follow due process to avoid war.
Think Nigerians, vote right, Pray.

Now your political view?

Do you think, GEJ should be impeached
and why?
