this was because you have tried using your phone, what is the speed of the internet? 4G/LTE the cafe may have a weak internet service get another email and make sure you give an interval of 6hours by which your new email must have been properly setup before you use it, use a more faster internet service but make sure you use laptop or computer this time around. goodluck + Jonathan

You can all try it now with a new e-mail address. I just did mine successfully.

I used a computer. You may have problem using phone to register due to the structure of that registration portal.
