And some I.diot.s will come here to rant that GEJ is not working. ANAMCO died immediately that old fo.ol that calls himself Obj became president. And just like his fellow towns men, he still shamelessly berates GEJ.

Take a quick look at this:

Who destroyed Annamco that was established by Obasanjo/Shagari regime?

Crises started during the Buhari era with the import restriction regime. There were issues on whether CKD's were classified as tools or products. Babangida's austerity measures nailed their coffins and his import liberalisation (to spite the Buhari govt) at the bequest of Nigerians dug the graves.

P.S. Didn't know 'Schacman' trucks were assembled here. Very interesting. Very nice.

It is the owner of ABC Transport Plc (Mr. Frank Nneji) that now has the business. He has been given the licence to assemble Shacman trucks.

Ok...Now this is getting way out of hand! The first page of every thread on frontpage is always the worst! Must you comment? Maybe the mod should wait until the first page is completely or half filled by interesting comments before they move it to the frontpage. What is wrong with all these silly spacebookers?

Seun please disable that Nairaland notification app for BB and android. It seems that is the problem, jobless trolls now easily get notified of any new topic on frontpage and they rush in with their ridiculous comments.
Seun can't becoz dat is where he makes his....traffic

Quite an interesting development.
Let's hope our government can keep it up.
