As a mark of respect to the victims of Friday Kano mosque bomb blast, The All Progressives Congress (APC) has postponed its House of Assembly primaries, scheduled for Monday, December 1 across the nation.

In a statement issued in Lagos on Sunday by its National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the party said the House of Assembly primaries would now hold on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 ‘’All the dates for other primaries remain unchanged,’’ it said.

APC described the attack as a monumental national tragedy, saying the party cannot be oblivious to the plight of the victims of the absolutely condemnable and totally incomprehensible attack on defenceless citizens in such a hallowed place as a mosque.
