I know of Benin-Ore road, Kabba-Ilorin road, Jebba-Minna road, East-West road, Lokoja-Zaria, Anambra -Portharcourt road that have been approved when I was in university. Mr. Man, this is my 17 years of graduating from university. They were approved when I was in year 2 and I did a 5 years course. Now use your calculator and calculate it. Few years ago I went to Zaria and I weep for this country, how pitiable the state of the road from Kaduna to Zaria. That they did few of the roads approved and you jump up to celebrate mediocrity while it has been written on paper that they have been approved for renovation but don't know there is a clear difference between approved and done. They just made mess of you unknowingly.
