Mohisah:Very true, unexpected alerts are very common at NUPRC/NMDPRA. If you take a look at how much NUPRC generates in royalties, licenses, permits and co annually, you will understand that they have so much funds to play around with before remitting to the Federation account |
![]() No Ransome paid 🤡🤡 |
DijeeUG:There is no need for this. You made your point. Allow him make his without resorting to insults. We disagree to agree. Both places are very wonderful. But if you ask for my opinion, na still NUPRC. E get why. I know exactly how much NIA pays monthly to staff on foreign mission and I know what is accrueable to their spouses. They do a lot but.......no follow NUPRC total emoluments by what you see on payslips please. There is more to that. Corollary: You are very correct about the delay in payment of some allowances at NUPRC but this is as a result of alleged misappropriation of funds by the Management not the inability of the Commission to generate funds. When corruption becomes endemic and statutory allowances are not paid as at when due at NUPRC, meanwhile the opposite is the case at NIA who is always trying to outdo itself in terms of staff welfare. It will seem as if NIA has an overall better welfare package but it is not exactly true. In terms of general staff welfare including medical services, work environment, international exposure and fitness activities, NIA leads but in terms of bogus lump sum allowances (minus the current management issues), NUPRC takes the lead. So you are right Deji, nasiest is also right. |
opylog:According to what I was told, the DS invited are meant to be replacements. About 150. However, I have not confirmed this until tomorrow. |
Nadeeyah:Good. I was just about to mention this. Congratulations |
Ekpenuwa:SSCE is not DI. It's DA and they resumed camp earlier this week |
opylog:Apt |
acumen90:yes Sir |
opylog:okay Sir. Please do |
Oppy2020:Recent intakes are in training. |
Omuka:You can start pushing |
Omuka:DI is an acronym for Detective Inspectors which is an entry level position for ND and NCE holders. DS stands for Detective Superintendent which is the entry point for Bachelor degree holders |
NIPOST 2nd batch......coming soon Sugar House..... |
EFCC. DIs will be invited next month. DS is most likely in November |
Great. The toxicological effects of these harmful pesticides on the environment and on humans alike are very deleterious and must be prevented from finding its way into our crops, lands, and water bodies. |
zangaozanga:If this your only take on this issue, you are a clown |

fx45:But this display of gross stvpidity and desperation by supporters of a particular candidate is unprecedented in the history of elections in Nigeria. |
JAMO84:Simple as ABC. Anyone who feels he/she knows how to raise their hands to hit a fellow adult, I will show that person I know how to defend myself even with more intense violence. Stvpid NLC. Bunch of touts |
Definitely Sabiu Tunde Yusuf. |
Those who submitted their CVs @EFCC for DAs and DIs, screening and exam is on September 8th/9th. SEC still accepting CVs |
miceroms:Exactly. |
Swagsultan1: ![]() You know that saying that is popular amongst Nigerian believers, that "no matter the level of famine in the jungle, a lion will never eat grass" bla bla bla, that's the case of NUPRC. The more you look, the lesser you might see. Look at that banner again, did you see anything that has to do with poor salary structure there? Every demand you have seen there borders on poor management and lack of transparency by the Management including non-payment of drivers, poor electricity and water supply within the office buildings, poor HSE policies and so on. It's just sheer wickedness by a privileged few. Few pages back, someone mentioned S*****, I don't know if he has retired last year but as at 2019/2020, that man's annual upfront (not salary) was in excess of N120m (Yes, read it again) and he was only a Deputy Director. As at that time, the office used to recharge their lines with over N50,000 airtime monthly. I don't want to talk about kickbacks from operators in the E&P because that one is not legal. From that time till now, do you think their remuneration (please I am not talking about general conditions of service) got better or worse? Mind you, the defunct DPR (now NUPRC and NMDPRA) used to remit the second highest amount to the Federation account after FIRS. Ideally, NNPC should come second but because of the huge lack of transparency with the JV cash calls, they were always under-remitting (I hope that changes now). As long as Nigeria is still in the business of crude oil and gas E&P, NUPRC can never be broke. Find out how much Nigeria generates annually as royalty from the upstream companies, licensing fees, renewal fees, EBS, etc Because this is a public space, I will not delve into certain side dealings they do but there used to be a popular gist back then in 2016 that if you have risen to SS1 or M6 and you don't have a hotel, filling station or a mad investment somewhere, you are either a wasteful spender or you are destined to be poor. I repeat everything you see in that banner is as a result of poor management decisions and mismanagement of resources. NUPRC and NMDPRA are on this same salary scale, why is there no similar banner at NMDPRA? Talking about a functional headquarters alone, NMDPRA currently has a more befitting Headquarters in Abuja (former PPPRA) unlike NUPRC who is still trying to complete her HQ close to CBN and they have to manage a "not so big" space at Jabi for now. Like someone rightly posited, even with all the "Let the NUPRC Staff breath" propaganda, their pay is not lesser than NDIC. |
Corollary: If you are reaching out to me for assistance with job placement, I honestly cannot help in that regard right now (I don't know about the nearest future). My level of influence ended with the exit of PYO. . Na boy boy me sef I be ooo and I am also climbing the ladder. I never be Oga. Meanwhile, if you are from Oyo State (with verifiable evidence) and residing in Abuja, send me a PM. We will be paying a courtesy visit to some Oyo indigenes in Abuja later in the month. Some of whom include CJN, SA Revenue, Adebayo Adelabu, Victor Adeleke, Adebayo Shittu amongst others. This is an opportunity for you. Cheers! |
Every PM sent will be replied by God's grace with the exception of Ensfield. I'm sorry brother but I am still the same person who took your matter to the ex-VP and his CoS. You weren't transparent from the get-go and the information you were supposed to divulge was given to me by the Director in CBN. You know how much I lost because of you including straining my relationship with some of the people at the ex-VP's office. I wish you all the best but like my younger cousin told you, I am in doubt if this acting gov will listen to you. He feels Emef did a lot of wrong deals and yours will be seen as such especially since they made that first payment which you didn't get. My honest advise: Find Senator Godswill Akpabio by all means. He has a listening ear and he is quite empathic, that's if his boys will allow you get his attention. All the best. |
Nadingo:Yes, my uncle's wife got a senior level position in NSPMC after working with Skye Bank for well over 10 years. She got the job through an elder in her church who was the Director Admin then. She also didn't have a MSc/MA/MBA or any additional qualifications |
major50:Sure. |
Mikkyjay17:I'm honoured. ![]() |
Obaman12:LOL, this man. I'm sure you don't even know whom you quoted. Itoro, biotech, VP. I'm sure that rings a bell. Yeah, I dumped my previous moniker. Sorry, I didn't come through with your last request. PYO's attempt at the Presidency dealt a big blow on us. As Jagaban won, we were all sidelined. But we are aligning gradually. |
Mohisah:Sure Sir. |
HussenAdul:Yes, certain organisations require a reference letter (not recommendation) from your previous employer especially for mid level senior positions. I am very sure of NCC and NSPMC as I have had the privilege to help people submit their previous employer's reference letter as a prequisite for documentation post-employment. |
FolaLee:Good evening. I really would like to say a lot because different approach works for different personalities. However, time will not permit me. It is important to note that some politicians as I have come to know over the years are quite accessible while others are not. I have too many experiences to share but I cannot do all that here and now. Hopefully, by weekend, I should be able to share a lot more. |
