IYC Slams Amaechi Over Comment On Jonathan by zik4ever: 10:35am On Dec 02, 2014
Ijaw youths, under the aegis of Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, yesterday, flayed Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State over his claim that President Goodluck Jonathan was sponsoring the Boko Haram sect in the North East states of Yobe, Adamawa and Borno.IYC described Amaechi’s claim and recent utterances that a parallel government would be formed if the 2015 elections were rigged by the ruling party as disappointing, saying it clearly shows that he was no longer fit to be a governor of a state. In a statement in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, by its Publicity Secretary, Mr. Eric Omare, IYC described Amaechi’s utterances as reckless and not befitting of his office. It said: “We condemn in the strongest terms the statement credited to Governor Amaechi to the effect that President Jonathan is sponsoring Boko Haram in the North eastern states of Yobe, Adamawa and Borno because of the 2015 elections.“We regard this statement as reckless and not befitting the holder of the office of a governor of a state. It is most disappointing that Amaechi could make such a statement at a time the entire nation is mourning the tragic death of over 100 people at the Central Mosque, Kano.“The statement, coming at a time when Nigerians and especially political leaders are supposed to close ranks to collectively confront the Boko Haram insurgency, clearly shows that Governor Amaechi and his likes have taken politics over and above the lives of the Nigerian people.“Governor Amaechi who promised to form a parallel government in 2015 only two weeks ago to be playing politics with the Boko Haram insurgency that has claimed thousands of lives shows that he is no longer a fit and proper person to hold the office of a governor.“The office of governor goes with a sense of responsibility which Governor Amaechi has in recent times failed to uphold and discharge.” - See more at: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2014/12/iyc-slams-amaechi-comment-jonathan/#sthash.auMiWcrJ.dpuf

Nothing is in the public arena except conclusions drawn from personal logics.

When Buhari said government should treat Boko Haram members like the Niger Delta militants, I can claim it as "public arena" information that he sponsors the Boko Haram.

When Jonathan declared the state of emergency, Amechi was among those who condemned it. By that condemnation, he has uploaded the information that Boko Haram are his boys to the "public arena".

In the end, it is opinions against opinions.
bias against bias
Words against words
logics against logics
finally, arguments against arguments.

And how do all that solve the problems?

Luggard and his gang of criminals came created this slave camp and left.
Luggard is dead, Awo, Sarduana, Zik are all gone.
Nzeogwu and his gang of futile dreamers are all gone.
Ojukwu, Adekunle and some other players at the Biafran debacle are all gone.
OBJ, Gowon and their likes are crying rivers about "one" Nigeria.

Jonathan will on day, Buhari also and the current political galdiators who are dancing on the red pool made by the blood of the innocent will also go.

Yet, the deep rooted problems of Nigeria will remain and the circle of blood will continue.

2015, is just like few days away.
We shall see with our eyes, the stuff black men are made of.

PDP will blame APC and APC will blame PDP.
And after that what?

We bury our dead, killed by our men with weapons imported with the proceeds from our natural resources.
We reduce in population. loose our promising best brains, become poorer while the so called developed countries with richer.

Life goes on till the next circle of blood.
