Enugu (Énugwú) the capital city of Enugu State in eastern Nigeria is among the 2014 winners of the "100 Resilient Cities Challenge" of the 100 Resilient Cities (100RC) network pioneered by the Rockefeller Foundation.

The only thing Enugu lacks is adequate job opportunities (like most cities outside Lagos and PH). All it needs is more investments to create more jobs and it is a perfect place to live.
The infrastructures are there already and continues to ve improved upon.
