From a motivational and sentimental perspective, I would say, don't give up , everything is possible. However, that's not the reality, the course of wisdom would be to pick up your student handbook ( if you have one), if not, get a list of all your courses from year one to your final year, then apart from the results you've seen, imaginarily allot grade A to all other courses and then calculate the final gp, if is 4.5 and above, then your question is answered , but again, that is a paradisaic or ideal condition. So do it again but this time be realistic, consider your abilities, potential, goals and limitations and allot grades realistically and check the final gp, run as many permutations as you want, until you get the desired model, be cautious however, this is just a mathematical model, nobody knows tomorrow.
