Hello,

I am a proud owner of a nokia gsm phone model 3110c.

I have been using for long to snap still pictures and even take videos after which I save to the memory card for easier transfer to my PC.

But recently I start getting "unable to save file" whenever I take still pictures and videos.

I don't really know whats wrong but its not a case of memory limit of the memory being reach.

My phone has been working for as a digital photo and video camera and this problem is costing me much.

Useful assistance will be appreciated

Remove your memory card and formata your using *-send-3 with on button just off your phone and use that instruction.Or use this *#7370#

Thanks quys for all the tips but how can I easily format my memory card and fone without having to pay some kind of a phone guru to do that for me.

I tried doing that I just don't work.

I don't have a 3110c with me but i believe u'll c it under tools, better still just use ur system to format the card

I have checked the tool area and there's no link to format my memory which comes under drive F.

Is there no better and easy way to do it.

just use this code if your pjone is a symbian, *#7370#

My phone does not recognize that code or any other that have been given here.It just gives me Result Unknown response.

There's been virus threats on s40 phones . , . , .so it's been detected now that s40 phones are nt invinsible to viruses . . . . well research is being done . to see what peeps can do about it .
I strongly suggest . . Flashing . . , . . .that's the best solution 4 nw . . or a firmware upgrade will do . .
