This is the worst news i've ever heard in kd. Somebody who instead of atleast completing projects already comenced by his predecesor, decided to abandon everything and leave the masses to suffer. He did absolutely nothing in Kaduna. I pray God stops him come February 2015. #Team El Rufai |
