Birth certificate is ok, then collect ur statement of account from your bank, but this bet365 are very strict, i think anybody living in naija should have national id card/passport or voters card, if you don't give bet365 any of these three,they will not verify you..age declaration will not be accepted cause dem sabi wetin dey,naija birth declaration,you self know na tout go give u am, so don't bother yourself going to that.

I have uploaded my voter's ID card in STEP 1 and am not supposed to upload the same document in STEP 2 and that's why I asked the question. I have money in my webmoney account and it's like bet365 doesn't use webmoney cuz it's not among the deposit methods so I want to fund my account via debit card.

bet365 don't verify twice unless what you submitted isn't accepted,i did mine long ago but i think it is the same law,they want to be sure of your age,that you are above 18 years,if you have uploaded your voters card it is ok, try to upload a statement of account and chat with customer service,i hope it will be ok GL

Maybe things has changed after u opened urs. Now one is expected to surmit either 2 of the aforementioned documents. Here is the screenshot, will try n chat with the CC. And thanks for ur candid response, really appreciate it.

I don't know what to play with this situation of chelsea, is gone, over 5.5 with odd 1.80 is too risky, over 10.5 corners @ 1.60 is not convincing,will Tottenham score again? it is difficult to say, Chelsea will score at least one more goal, card is 0 but risky will chelsea collect 3 cards at odd 2.21 or will tottenham collect two cards at 1.60? Since you have submitted your National ID in step one they won't accept it again in step 2. Either use drivers lincense or try getting International Passport.

Please note that after you complete the 2 KYC steps. You must still give your correct Postal Address which you will b sent a letter with a 4 digit code then you will contact them and give them the code that will complete your KYC process

Lastly bet365 will not and does not accept Debit Card only Credit Card in Nigeria so you have to look for how to get a credit Card or u can still use Ukash

Last time I tried they did not accept it. They asked me to contact my bank when I contacted my bank they told me I have to get a domicilary account which I did before they start accepting it. This was 2008 maybe it has changed now noted
