November 29th, 2014 was a day the inhabitants of Urhonigbe in Edo State will not forget as super bikers from all over the country converged in their rural settlement for the 1st Ever Superbike Road Race in Nigeria/West Africa. Tagged the "Comrade Trophy" and planned to be an annual event to be held last Saturday in November, the race covered a distance of 32km from Urhonigbe to Ugbokirima. Jack Affara from Palestine too 1st position in a time of 11minutes 09seconds. Ngugu Armstrong was 2nd in a time of 11minutes 20seconds and Ikhide Izokpu was 3rd in a time of 11minutes 49seconds. see pics.
