Can't refrigeration fix it?

Process it into something acceptable. It can be processed into juice, wine or it can even be dried. It can also be canned. It is the sweetest variety of pineapple, so we need to preserve the species. Value addition is the way to go!!

I ve eaten pineapple chips.so, to me the big size is a blessing..
