i have two things to ask of you.

1. i have been looking into this hosting resale idea for a while now.
after reading reviews upon reviews about it online, i still can get thorough answers (practical) about it.
I know that there are many like minded people here on NL.
I someone who is already has experience in this area.
-what is the things needed?
-what is the financial implication?
-what techincal know-how is needed on my end?
-would i need a staff/team?
-if possible, links to a business plan would be deeply appreciated...
