How can an Ex-Militant,Bunkerer who committed treason against his country,who kidnapped 14 journalists in November 2014 and threatened to kill Festus Keyamo for taking his favoured Senatorial candidate to court be given permission by Goodluck Jonathan to buy warships for NIMASA. Tompolo has been made the unofficial Chief of Naval Staff by this clueless President,this President is beyond dumb and shouldnt be given any iota of respect.

How do you think those journalist he kidnapped and Festus Keyamo who he threatened to kill, feel about this same man been given permission to "protect" our territorial waters. Been lawless really pays in this country,Goodluck Jonathan has reduced this great country to a Banana Republic,this is why we need Muhammed Buhari.
