1. HEAD OF OPERATIONS
APPLICANT MUST BE A HOLDER OF BSC OR HND FROM RECOGNIZED INSTITUTION. AN MBA AND OTHER RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS LIKE CIS WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.

* THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 6 YEARS CORE STOCKBROKING EXPERIENCE
* MUST BE VERSATILE IN THE USE OF COMPUTER.

2. STOCKBROKERS
CANDIDATE WILL JOIN THE TEAM OF DEALERS IN THE ORGANIZATION.
HE MUST BE A HOLDER OF BSC OR HND FROM A RECOGNIZED INSTITUTION, IN ADDITION TO HIS/HER MEMBERSHIP OF CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF STOCKBROKERS WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE.

3. MARKETERS
Candidate must be a holder of B.sc or HND from a recognized institution with 2-3 years minimum working experience. A good Broking House/ Banks / Insurance Companies in the capacity of Marketing /Sales personnel.

Fluent in English, excellent presentation & marketing skills, Strong analytical skills, capacity to quickly understand financial markets ,Self Starter.

4. RESEARCH/ANALYSTS
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING DATA INFORMATION AND STATISTICS ON VARIOUS CAPITAL MARKET ISSUES WHICH CAN BE USED FOR PLANNING, DESCRIPTIVE, INTERPRETIVE ANALYSIS AND REPORTING.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST BE A HOLDER OF BSC OR HND FROM A RECOGNIZED INSTITUTION UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN ECONOMICS, FINANCE, ACCOUNTANCY OR ANY SOCIAL SCIENCES. AN MBA AND OTHER RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.

* MUST HAVE STRONG ANALYTICAL MIND & IT SKILLS.
* MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS ON THE JOB EXPERIENCE.

6. HEAD OF FUND MANAGEMENT
The ideal candidate must be a holder of Bsc or HND with second class upper of upper credit grades from a recognized institution with not less than 4 years experience in similar position. Must not be more than 38yrs
Must have comprehensive knowledge of investment strategies and a solid understanding of multiple account relationship. A thorough Understanding of Financial Markets. Must be able to balance commercial opportunities with risk management.
