Many training establishments provide handouts or programmes on CD-Rom and expect you to "have a go". This leaves you struggling and having to ask for assistance (or get left behind), which can be stressful, not to mention humiliating, particularly in a classroom environment.

One-to-one tuition is not like that. It is not humiliating. You can repeat something as many times as you like and ask as many questions as you wish. No-one else is watching!
We offer private computer lessons to people who need that extra little bit of input, or need to get to a high level very quickly.The lessons are individually tailored to your needs, allowing you to learn at a pace that is comforable to you.

• Replying, forwarding, and deleting email messages
• Downloading and attaching email documents
