The amount is much enough to put in place meaningful development in the State, instead of blowing it up unnecessary in a campaign he is not sure of holding a position. All wasteful spending should be defined as what it is. Blowing the State treasury on account of personal interest will undermine development. This how our politicians have increased poverty in the land while their followers hail them.
