This is Al-Nahkam-Nahkam in Somalia. I've been there. The town is famous for two things: transporting money in wheelbarrows, and the sex-drive of the general populace. The only other place I've seen something similar is Bulawayo in Zimbabwe. And if it's Bulawayo, it isn't a big deal. It's just change. I mean it. Change.
