The US police harrash and constantly intimidate blacks over here, even foreign blacks aren't exempt, yet their society turn a blind eyes on it. Lately, the police decided to go on a killing spree on black men and women and in each case, they get away with each murder. Even their own media down put the victim and accuse each of being a "thug, criminal, etc" simply because they are black yet if it's a white person they don't do the kill first, ask questions later, instead they do all they can to apprehend the person alive while their media rename that person as a "mentally challenged" person as oppose to the criminal he is . This is true. I've been belittled more by Black Americans than white Americans. Infact, there was an era I hated that community and wished nothing but death to them but as I age, I noticed the discrimination goes both ways. Africans equally insult and belittle them. Who said there isn't middle and upper class blacks there? But is the percentage of upper class blacks anyway near the percentage of upper class whites?
I have read that blacks are discriminated during their mortgage negotiations.

By fixing income inequality. Most of the white on black police violence is because poor neighborhoods get policed a lot more than other ones, and since black Americans are poorer and already distrust the police they aren't really interested in getting jobs as police themselves, so police departments remain mostly white. I don't see the tension between black and white ending when people are cheering on the murder of "pigs", it just means the police are going to continue being mostly white for longer. The more black and white people interact with each other and the more we focus on what we have in common rather that what's different the less racist society will become. Also, America needs to train it's cops more, they get a lot less training compared to other countries and they get a lot of surplus military equipment for free and they're eager to use it. It's really sad how the police acts like the military
