Confederation of African Football (CAF0 has completed conducting the draw for the 2015 Africa Under-20 championship slated for Senegal between the dates 8 – 22 March 2015. In the draw held on Sunday 21 December at Caf Head quarters in Cairo, Egypt by general secretary Hicham Al Amrani, eight teams were pooled in two groups; A and B. Pools Group A; Senegal, Nigeria, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire Group B; Ghana, South Africa, Mali, Zambia 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup Hosts Senegal will open the competition with a match against Nigeria and the Leopold Senghor Stadium. Other matches will be hosted at Caroline Faye Stadium. The semifinalists will represent Africa at the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup in New Zealand. The game against Senegal is somewhat tricky but then history favours the 'FLYING EAGLES' against Congo and Cote 'D' Ivoire. |
