@OP, let me help you by stating Ten qualities of an excellent manager 1. Creativity 2. Know the Structure to be able to guide others 3. Intuition 4. Knowleege 5. Commitment 6. Being Human 7. Versatility. 8. Lightness 9. Discipline 10. Big Picture, ability to stand back and not blame others but see what others can't see. Irrespective of academic qualifications this is what I want in a manager of my business. |

Nobody dead or Alive would employ a man in his 70s as his CEO except people from the Northwest and North East whose population though bigger than most African countries are now a source of sorrow to the world.
