2. Know the Structure to be able to guide others
3. Intuition
4. Knowleege
5. Commitment
6. Being Human
7. Versatility.
8. Lightness
9. Discipline
10. Big Picture, ability to stand back and not blame others but see what others can't see.
Irrespective of academic qualifications this is what I want in a manager of my business.

Nobody dead or Alive would employ a man in his 70s as his CEO except people from the Northwest and North East whose population though bigger than most African countries are now a source of sorrow to the world.

No where in the whole world would a pastor go into an unequal partnership with a Muslim as his vice except pastors from a certain part of Nigeria
who would rather go and preach to lost souls or pray for the country would go into an unholy partnership to unseat power from Christian.
