Auction Export Membership Levels

How is your membership level determined?
Your level is determined by the number of qualifying purchases you have made with Auction Export:
- qualifying purchase is a purchase that has been done from one (the same) client's account and has been paid in full.

Required thresholds per membership level, per calendar year:

SILVER - 3 qualifying purchases
GOLD - 7 qualifying purchases
PLATINUM - 10 qualifying purchases

How to maintain your membership level
On 31 December of each year, we will check your Membership Level and qualifying purchases from the previous 12 months. To keep your membership level, you need to have a required number of qualifying purchases.
If you have not reached a required threshold, your membership level will be downgraded OR eliminated.

Independent ‪Vehicle‬ Inspection

If you are buying a really expensive car and worry about its condition or still have some doubts, you can order Independent Vehicle Inspection at ‪‎AuctionExport‬.
However, you can order this service not for every cars, mostly for clean ones. Once our Sales department approves your request, an independent licensed inspector will physically examine the car that you are considering to buy. After it is done, you will be given a full-size condition report complemented with additional inside-out pictures. The service will cost you $150-$250.
Please keep in mind, if the inspected car is deemed in good condition, it will be assigned to you without you preserving the right to refuse the deal.
Please note, if the car is shipped by RORO it was delivered to the exit port run&drive.

If you purchased a car with us, we will be able to ship your spare parts along with your car. Or, we can offer you to transport them with other customer's vehicle(s). - All the tires must be inflated
- No sharp edges
- Steering wheel operating and car could be shifted in Neutral
- No human remains inside the vehicle
- No extensive damages
- Car must roll freely
- Flooded cars are not accepted
- No damages near fuel tank
- Driver's door and handle must open without any difficulties
- Keys must be present
- No airbags deployed
