Doing those makes me more sleepy..best thing is to understand your body. I always sleep well before reading, and when I put my mind to read I will, even when I'm sleeping @ night I will be aware that I'm supposed towake up and read

well, however If your commitment is strong enough i don't think you need anything else. Humanbeing were programed for sleeping, at night, but you can control it.
Fact is, to come out as a best or among the best in your Class then you must learn night reading. Especially anytime from 3am to 6am. just force your brain, you will eventually subdue it.

shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit..... I hate studying in d night, it's a waste of time for me, I prefer waking up early in the morning as 3AM-6AM,, den go back to bed and wake up around 7:30...
