if you have ifont already installed then all you need to do is click on the font you downloaded and it will automatically open in ifont preview. Then click on set and it applies the font tho your phone will need to reboot for it to take effect.

If you're rooted and have any custom recovery installed, like CWM, you just flash the fonts..... Thats the best and safest way to change fonts
