NAIRA, Why The Name?? by Joejonah(m): 11:39am On Dec 27, 2014
Has anybody thought of the meaning of the Nigerian Currency, the 'NAIRA'
and its meaning?

Do you know that the word, is an acronym coined by our past leaders in
the early seventies just to spite a particular tribe in Nigeria?

If you don't know, just wait for an answer to those question. It is a
bombshell revealed by one of those who was privy or par took in the
coinage.

The Acronym of NAIRA which is "Never Allow Igbos Rule Again",

The Naira is the only currency that is both singular and plural.

prove me wrong!
