Sahara Reporters already said it two days ago:

Supreme Court to uphold the result since they were bribed($30million)

Now, 2011 is going to be more than 'do or die'

It will be 'die to all PDP opposer'
cheesy grin cheesy

This is not news. Any sad news for Nigerians seems not to be news unfortunately as we're used to this. To be honest, I doubt Nigerians were expecting otherwise, or were you?

Quite frankly, i dont think any one of us was expecting anything otherwise. Removing governors is not the same as removing a president, especially when the country is in such a fragile state.
Re: Yar'adua Stays As Supreme Court Upholds Election by fender(m): 3:38pm On Dec 12, 2008
An average nigerian shouldn't have been expecting anything less, i mean considering the kind of judicial system we operate and the influence of the powers that be. The victory means nothing to me, wot is important is his ability to perform. Has there been any significant improvements in our economy since he came on board as president?

Those are the questions we should concern ourselves with and not the victory,

What difference does it make. The guy (Yar'Adua) is just as confused as cunfussion. One step forward, two backward. Lets ask the british to colonise us again! cry
Re: Yar'adua Stays As Supreme Court Upholds Election by HolyMikel(m): 5:18pm On Dec 12, 2008
Now we have come to the end of the final battle. Buhari should go and rest after all, they are from the same state, same tribe, same religion, same ideaology, same, same & same.

Nobody should view this as victory for democracy because the election that brought President Yar'adua to power was not free and fair!! He even said it himself!!!

We should be more concerned about the health of Mr President which had been failing over the months. I doubt if he is the still the one ruling Nigeria too date. For now He is just a Figure-head.

i wonder why some people are surprised by dis verdit, did anybody reli tink d supreme court was gonna make dis country go tru d hassles of anoda election, wen we know who would still win, besides amongst all d candidates dat contested d election, who can stand Yar-Adua in terms of credibility, yes the guy is slow, but i believe he's d only choice we had amongst the lot that contested.

Removing a governor is far easier than unseating a president.
Re: Yar'adua Stays As Supreme Court Upholds Election by chidichris(m): 7:47pm On Dec 12, 2008
is it possible to canceal an election organsed by a professor?
even buhari and atiku knew that there was no hope in their moves.
the judges said, there were manipulations but not good enough to canceal the whole selection.
briliant judgement. a winning to democracy.
one of the lawyers said accepting the judgement does not mean agreeing with it so nigerians have accepted the judgements of the paid labourers.
Re: Yar'adua Stays As Supreme Court Upholds Election by kosovo(m): 7:54pm On Dec 12, 2008
ATIKU should go and hang himself.
atleast buhari's case was ok, he almost won. 4-3
atiku, foolish man. 6-1
