Most of the streets are dirty, filthy and smelling with heaps of refuse decorating the corners of the streets like Igbobi College Road, Olufemi Street and Anjorin Street in Surulere.
LAWMA does not come to carry the heaps of refuse after the Thursday and last Saturday of the month sanitation and the refuse ends up thrown back into the gutters and block the drainage.
